Join our 10 week programme and become a runner!

We use the tried and tested NHS approved programme and support you throughout each session with one 2 one support.

Included in the programme:

3 sessions per week for 10 weeks with a UK Athletics Certified run leader
Injury prevention and foam rolling workshop with Your Sports Therapist (worth £10)
Personalised Technical running shirt (worth £15)
Entry to one of our chip timed races (worth £20)

Our next course starts Monday 11^th November, sessions will commence at 9.30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday all located within walking distance of Northwich town centre.

Cost: £150 (less than £4 per session).
You will need to be over 18 to sign up for this course.
